This terms of service agreement sets forth the terms and conditions by which CustomerICare, the trade mark of Advice Online sp.z.o.o., provide website services such as live video chat, monitoring, web analytics and proactive chat invitations. By visiting our site, using any of the tools and services provided by us, free or paid, you thereby agree to be bound by each of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Software used by users in accordance with its application and purpose defined in these terms and conditions, available on the following website http://www.customericare.com/ and provided by Advice Online sp.z.o.o.. shall be deemed as service or product.
The use of any new services and products available on aforementioned website, after the user has accepted the terms and conditions shall be subject to its provisions.
Advice Online sp.z.o.o.. is exclusively entitled to decide on functionality, the use, subject matter and the range of particular services and products as well as to cease rendering these services.
Advice Online sp.z.o.o.. is exclusively authorized to decide on the contents and the nature of the software as well as to freely add, change or remove particular elements.
Advice Online sp.z.o.o. services and products can be accessed solely by logging on a specific website.
The user understands, has become familiar with technical requirements necessary to use the services and products and has no objections in respect thereof. The user is aware of risk and threats connected with electronic data transmission.
Advice Online sp.z.o.o. reserves the right to access individual accounts for the technical and administrative purposes and for security reasons. The obtained information in such a manner shall not be processed or made available to third parties unless required by provisions of law.
Guarantee and Limited Liability
Advice Online Sp. z o.o. guarantees the highest quality of its operations to ensure accessibility and continuity of offered services and products in accordance with their use and purpose. No long distance data transmission, however, guarantees 100% security, continuity and accessibility of the provided services.
Advice Online Sp. z o.o. does not guarantee compatibility of offered services and products with other producers’ software. The user shall bear responsibility for the choice and consequences following from the use of other software including its applicability to user’s objectives.
Advice Online Sp. z o.o. stipulates that opinions given by users do not reflect in any possible manner its views and opinions. Advice Online Sp. z o.o. does not monitor or control users’ opinions on a continual basis; if, however, any opinions in breach with these terms and conditions should be revealed efforts shall be immediately made to remove them as soon as possible.
Advice Online Sp. z o.o. shall bear no liability in particular for the following reasons:
Phrases and entries added to the network in connection with the use of offered services and products.
Unlawful and inconsistent with these terms and conditions users’ operations while using offered services and products.
Disturbances in accessibility of offered products and services not caused by Advice Online Sp. z o.o.
Damage suffered by the user arisen due to the suspension or closing the account by the user or for other reasons arising from the user’s fault.
Damage suffered by the user as a result of a third party using their data that enable them to access the provided services and products.
Damage following from the use or the impossibility to use offered products and services including damage actually suffered, the loss of expected benefits, data loss, damage or computer crash, the costs of substitute equipment and software, shut-down, company reputation infringement. Consequences of failure to perform or improper performance of obligations undertaken by other users even though such an obligation has been undertaken using offered products and services. Maintenance & Upgrades
CustomerICare reserves the right to make changes and upgrades to all services from time to time. Those changes and upgrades, as part of CustomerICare system maintenance, are free to all members.
A complaint for wrongdoing can be filed via the Customer service phone number e-mail address or chat and considered within a 7 day period.
Use of offered services available on www.customericare.com is free of charge for the first 14 days.
After 14 days past the first registration, if the user wishes to continue using the provided services he will be requested to make a payment in accordance to currently effective price list.
All payments shall be conducted electronically by external professional entities.
Default in payment according to currently effective price list means resignation from the provided services.
The receipts for all payments will be provided electronically and stored as PDF files. The user shall be given a 14 day period notice of changes in the price list.
You will be billed for services you have selected to receive on a recurring basis until and unless the service(s) we are providing is canceled by you. You may select from monthly or annually recurring billing plans. By accepting any of our services, you agree to keep us updated as to your billing information.
Our charges are not based upon actual usage of the service, but instead, are based upon a license fee that entitles you to use the service. You must specifically cancel any service that you no longer wish to use and pay for. Customericare and the User can terminate the contract without giving reason within a one month period (a shorter term may be given, but it cannot be extended).
By subscribing you agree to periodic withdrawals from your account based on the selected billing plan.
The first name and last name (for natural persons), or name (for companies and other entities) along with an address, under which the business is registered (for companies, registry number is also needed) are required to complete a subscription.
Available payment methods include credit cards, debit cards and wire transfers.

Any disputes related to this agreement or its subject matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Wroclaw, Poland.
This license agreement and any issues relating thereto shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland and Common Court of Law at the location of Advice Online sp. z o.o.
