What is The Difference Between A Seat And An Operator?

“Seats” are the numbers of operators that can log in at the same time inside the app. You can have 1 seats and have 3 operators who take rounds to answer chats.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime right inside the admin panel of our app. Your account will then be closed at the end of your current billing cycle


Can I Add Or Delete Seats From My Prestige Plan?

You can manage your subscription settings inside the admin panel under the “upgrade” button. This allows you to increase or decrease your number of seats at any given time!

Do I Get A Discount If I Purchase An Annual License?
